While some veterans are pursued for their technical skills and clearances, all need to compete for quality positions. Knowing how to market yourself and network for the job you want is essential in today’s job market. In the private sector, these skills are constantly emphasized, but probably not at all needed while you served in the military. And, they may be completely new to veterans. Career-Confidence.org offers FREE training on these skills and processes needed to land the job you want.
When going on an op in a foreign land, you needed effective TTP’s, a way to speak the language, and a detailed execution plan. When you needed help outside your MOS/designator, you sought out experts. This served you well in the military, and many of the same concepts apply to starting your next career. Career-Confidence.org brings together the experts you need to assist in your transition. We’ll help you clarify your mission so that you can effectively prioritize your time and efforts. You will learn communication strategies that clearly deliver your message, amidst high-tempo environments with recruiters and hiring managers. And, we’ll give you advice and reinforcement throughout.
We want your success. We are a volunteer team of recruiters and industry experts, who assist with learning the hiring process, refinement of strategies, and we offer encouragement along the way. All free of charge, because we believe it is the right thing to do.
